good drink recommendations underground parking attentive staff black mould broken seal chipped wall
louisa and jackson. they knew a lot about the hotel and offered good drink recommendations. the underground parking was convenient, and i got a discount with my stay. jeff and keya were lively and attentive, i enjoyed the food and river view.
the room had some issues. there was black mould on the shower seal and a chip on the tray. the pop up waste on the basin was broken. a chip on the wall. the separate loo without a basin wasn't great for hygiene.

excel proximity spacious room polite staff
The hotel is very close to the excel. The Elizabeth Line station is also nearby. I found the rooms to be quite spacious and clean. The staff were cute and polite.
The room temperature was high. I found this uncomfortable and difficult to adjust.

Check-in was smooth. The staff were helpful and attentive to my needs during the entire stay. I appreciated their quick responses to requests, and they were able to answer my questions. THE staff were professional.

The hotel has a gym with treadmills, weights, and elliptical machines. I saw that there is a business center that offers computer access and printing services . Free wifi is available throughout the hotel.

perfect location good food
the hotel's location proved excellent for attending an event at the excel center. i found the staff helpful and the food was also good. i had booked a standard room with a queen size bed for three nights. i looked forward to a sizable bathroom and room.
